 We do not accept any returns on perishable food related products that have not been in our control.

In addition we are not responsible for:
-products that may spoil due packages left at the door for extended periods of time
- packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for parcel delivery.
- packages delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Queens & Nucs

The customer understands and acknowledges bees and nucleus colonies are living creatures and are indeed perishable. Fly Honey Farms will not be responsible or liable for loss of bees or nucleus colonies due to poor conditions. The customer bears the responsibility and duty to ensure the bees and nucleus colonies are kept cool and out of direct sun/heat until they are installed in hives.

Fly Honey Farms will not accept returns on nucleus colonies under any circumstance(s).
