Fear not, we’ve got your solution.
Place the honey in a warm water bath for 10 - 15 min. Rotate the jar a bit and repeat as often as necessary.

Seriously. Check us out on The National Honey Board’s website. We are the only apiary listed within a 10 mile radius in this lower Westchester / Rockland area. We’re not saying we’re the ONLY spot in town but we are most CERTAINLY one of the only sustainable apiaries around these parts.
