The Loves were the first to bring relationship-driven coffees to the local Westchester County scene, putting an emphasis on the farmers and producers who tirelessly work to elevate coffee quality. This has been a foundation of the Coffee Labs philosophy and has led to their acclaim in the third wave coffee scene. Coffee Labs has been the recipient of countless accolades for their high quality roasted beans as well as Mike Love competing in and winning many barista championships throughout his career. Their commitment to coffee excellence and ethical farming practices continue to be a driving factor in the relationships they foster as evident in the many outstanding single origin coffees they feature.
Coffee Labs Roasters is a New York institution for high quality, thoughtfully-sourced beans. Their commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail have garnered them attention as one of New York’s most important coffee roasters of the past 20 years. These are only a SMALL sample that we rock with Mike and Alicia. They really do embody thoughtfulness and community.

KATE SONDERS -SOLOMON - Westchester County, N.Y.
Kate’s hands-on adult cooking classes cover techniques appropriate for home cooks of all levels. Students will learn culinary techniques and knife skills, explore seasonal, wholesome ingredients, and learn to pair flavors in a relaxed setting. The focus is on finding your comfort zone in the kitchen and/or expanding your repertoire. Kate will walk you through a menu, soup to nuts. Once the menu is complete, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor.
She also specializes in healthy, hands-on cooking classes for kids of all ages. Classes are designed to be creative and educational, and to give children a tactile experience. Kids will explore textures and taste a variety of nutritious ingredients in order to build their curiosity.
Students of all ages learn knife skills, measuring, recipe reading and kitchen safety and strengthen their fine-motor skills through hands-on activities involving age-appropriate utensils. Kids will be able to smell, taste and play with raw ingredients to develop an appreciation for the origin of their meals. Kate uses fresh, seasonal ingredients as much as possible. At the end of each lesson, kids will sit down to eat their creations. Recipes are generally vegetarian and nut-free.

HANDMADE BY ANTONIA - Rockland Country, N.Y.
Antonia is a Sole Proprietor doing what she loves, which is: teaching yoga, creating candles and handmade soaps. As the saying goes, "do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life. "Handmade by Antonia” offers all natural soy candles and soaps infused with essential oils. She curates special products to her collection of soaps — some of which have flowers and herbs from Antonia’s own garden. Versatility is key as Antonia’s items range from floral and earthy scents to playful bathtub soap dishes for the kids.
At “Handmade by Antonia” there are staples that are always available. She finds joy in keeping it fresh and fun, so every holiday she runs limited edition creations. We at Fly Honey Farms work with Antonia to dive into a new products to pair with items from our apiary. Along with her creativity, we’ve connected to create honey based soaps with amazing texture and feel along with great gift baskets.
BIRDIES BATCH - Rockland County, NY
"Old fashioned baked goods...and the best damn jam from a Cann!" - Sara and Vinnie Cann (Co-owners)
They ain’t lying… This tag-team duo create baked goods that keep their fans coming back to markets weekly. All the fruit used in the jams and jellies (with the exception of the marmalades) comes from local farms such as the Orchards of Conklin, Fishkill Farms, and Hellers Farm. Sara stresses it is more important than ever to show support for farmers in the Hudson Valley. Some of the most remarkable products from Birdie’s Batch are the strawberry, peach, and sugar plum jams. Since 2020, they have been heralded amongst many in the local community as well as by the New York Times.
Selfishly we stash most of the goods we pick up from them, otherwise any visitors to our spots take them. Always fresh, they are a mainstay in our weekly farmers market tours. Often they are our market neighbors and it would be an understatement to consider us “lucky”. We consider them of the BEST collaborations we’ve had since our start in this hustle.
Our “BIRDS & THE BEES” connects well with anyone any time it hits a farmers market.
